Easy Access
Simply connect to the Aura portal at www.aura.com.au, log on with your user-name and password and set a schedule.
Aura allows for immediate, future and repeat activation and there is no need for keys or swipe cards.

Simple Administration
Users are managed by an administrator, normally an office manager, who is able to override or delete any schedule programmed within their tenancy.
When a schedule is set, a confirmation email is sent to the user and to the administrator, keeping all parties informed.

Automatic reporting
Usage reports are accessible via the Aura website and can be exported in CSV format for integration into billing or accounting packages.

Increased autonomy
The Aura system is so simple to operate it does not require property personnel to be involved in air conditioning activation or to visit buildings to collect usage data.

Our system will operate in any building
The Aura system can be easily integrated into existing building management and security systems or will operate on a “stand-alone” basis.
It also provides a simple, cost effective, technology upgrade for buildings without a centralised control system.

Minimise usage disputes
All usage is logged in a database, with date, time and user-name stamped against each request. This information is available to both tenants and property professionals at any time, provided they have the required access level.

Flexibility
Normal building operating hours and public holidays can be pre-programmed up to 1 year in advance and tenants can have their own “normal” operating hours if required.
Your security guards or help desk can even be allocated access to set schedules for tenants!

Security
Multiple user security and access levels mean that each individual user is logged.
